Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Generalist. As part of the HR team, the individual will handle daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The HR Generalist will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and facilitate strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and implementation practices
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Benefits Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or outsourcing environment is a plus
