Shift: Night Shift – Mandatory

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about employee engagement, HR strategy, and business partnering We are looking for HR Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team in Gurugram!

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders on HR initiatives

Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee lifecycle management

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution

Support performance management, talent management, and workforce planning

Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and analytics

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws

Support change management and organizational development initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Employee Relations

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance

Comfortable working in a mandatory night-shift environment
