Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, ensuring that HR operations align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HR management system.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Monitor and manage payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labour laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
