Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Chennai Corporate office. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, statutory compliance overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration. They will also coordinate employee relations, assist in recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires effective communication with employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources and HR Management to handle comprehensive HR functions effectively MBA - HR, MSW, MHRM
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage and oversee employee programs and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive employee relations and collaboration across teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
