Designation: HR Generalist
Location: Bandra East, Mumbai – 400051
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Industry Preference: Pharma, FMCG, or Field-Force Driven Organizations
Key Requirement:
Candidate should have strong experience in field force recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and strategic HR initiatives within a Pharma, FMCG, or field-force driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for field staff and support roles
HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS administration
Employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance support
Payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, etc.), and audits
Coordination with regional teams for manpower planning and workforce management
Key Skills Required:
Experience in field-force hiring and bulk recruitment
Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Understanding of pharma sales structure and hierarchy
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
