Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR - Employee Experience Specialist responsible for managing the complete onboarding cycle, induction processes, employee engagement touchpoints, and supporting HR initiatives. The role ensures a seamless employee experience from pre-joining to post-joining, while contributing to organizational development and internal communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Conduct induction sessions and provide new joiners with a comprehensive overview of the company, policies, attendance system, and HR portal.
- Complete all pre-joining and joining documentation, coordinating closely with new hires to ensure a smooth experience.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for new employees, ensuring a strong first impression and high engagement.
Employee Feedback
- Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and touchpoint discussions.
- Maintain and track 30/60/90-day review forms to monitor employee engagement, performance progress, and early-stage satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team managers to address concerns and drive improvements in the employee experience.
HR Coordination & Support
- Support management in company-related plans, HR initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with business and talent goals.
- Work on employee referral proposals and initiatives to enhance internal hiring effectiveness.
Presentation & Communication
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, training programs.
- Support the creation of HR communication materials such as onboarding guides, process documents, and training content.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding practices, and employee engagement
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Empathy, professionalism, and a people-first mindset
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee engagement
- Immediate joiners preferred
