Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, handling benefits administration, and contributing to overall HR management strategies. Other responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, addressing employee relations matters, and tracking compliance with labor laws and company regulations. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to foster a positive workplace environment and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration and employee relations

Experience with HR Policies implementation and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws

Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes. Exposure to accounting practices related to employee benefits would be an added advantge

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships across teams

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Prior experience in the human resources field is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
