Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. The role also entails fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting talent acquisition efforts.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Benefits Administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
