We offer in-house services including wedding mehendi design, bridal makeup and hair, saree draping, photography and videography, catering, entertainment, dcor, guest management, transportation, invites, and gifting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring efficient HR management. The role will also involve maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and facilitating employee development and engagement programs.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Benefits Administration
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the event management or wedding industry is a plus
  • Hiring and training
  • Managing reimbursements and payroll
