Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and empathetic Junior HR Generalist to manage our day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment pipeline. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to gain end-to-end exposure in a supportive and structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using free job portals and social networks.
- On boarding & Off boarding: Coordinate smooth on boarding schedules, documentation, IT setup, and orientation for new hires, as well as handling exit formalities.
- HR Operations: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records, track attendance, and assist with monthly payroll inputs.
- Employee Engagement: Organize internal team-building activities, cultural events, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Grievance Handling: Act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, leave structures, and benefits.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA, PGDM, or Bachelor's degree specializing in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in corporate HR operations or recruitment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HRMS software or job portals is a plus.
- Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
