Binated is hiring for HR Generalist in Pune!

The HR Generalist supports day to day people operations by using systems, tools, and structured processes to keep HR running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys improving workflows, and understands that good HR is built on clear data, consistency, and human judgment.

You will work across the full employee lifecycle hiring support, onboarding, records, engagement, and compliance while actively using HR software to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring & Onboarding Support

Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate data in ATS and HR systems
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee setup
Ensure a smooth and consistent joining experience

2. Employee Records & HR Operations

Maintain employee records, contracts, and policy acknowledgements
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
Support payroll coordination and audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

3. HR Systems & Process Support

Work daily with HRMS, ATS, and internal tools
Help improve HR workflows through automation and better tracking
Maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, and hiring data
Flag gaps, inefficiencies, or system issues proactively

4. Employee Engagement & Support

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries
Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events
Handle concerns with empathy and confidentiality
Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager when needed

5. Performance & Development Support

Assist with performance review cycles and documentation
Track KRAs, feedback, and goal updates
Support training coordination and learning initiatives
Maintain performance-related records and reports

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Comfortable using HR tools, systems, and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a growing or process-driven organization
Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, or payroll tools
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Willingness to learn new tools and improve systems
