About the Role:
We are looking for a highly adaptable and resourceful Generalist who can seamlessly operate across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving diverse problems, and can take ownership of both strategic and operational tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to core areas such as HR, operations, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and functions
- Support hiring processes including job postings, screening candidates, interview coordination, and onboarding activities
- Drive execution of cross-functional projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring timely delivery
- Assist in maintaining internal documentation, reports, and process workflows
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and general operational logistics
- Support finance-related activities such as invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic reporting
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity
- Provide flexible, on-ground support across departments based on evolving business needs
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in a generalist, operations, or multi-functional role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms such as Slack or project management tools
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to HR operations, recruitment coordination, or employee lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of finance processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, or budgeting
- Familiarity with project management frameworks or tools
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and responsibilities
