Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Manage all HR paperwork – contract renewals, separation letters, and employee files (including blue-collar workers).
- Contract Labour Management: Handle contractor agreements, maintain contract labour registers (muster rolls, wage registers), ensure timely PF/ESI deposits and returns.
- Performance Management: Drive annual appraisal cycle, track KPIs for shop-floor and staff roles, document PIPs.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Shops & Establishment Act. Maintain audit-ready records for inspections.
- General HR Support: Onboarding, induction (including safety compliance), attendance tracking, overtime calculations, grievance handling, and exit formalities.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing (preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge of factory labour laws and statutory compliance
- Strong documentation and Excel skills
- Comfortable working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees
