Job Description

Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage core HR operations, with a strong focus on documentationcontract labour managementperformance management, and labour law compliance. You will ensure statutory adherence while driving a transparent performance culture.

Experience: 4–7 years

Industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Manage all HR paperwork – contract renewals, separation letters, and employee files (including blue-collar workers).
  • Contract Labour Management: Handle contractor agreements, maintain contract labour registers (muster rolls, wage registers), ensure timely PF/ESI deposits and returns.
  • Performance Management: Drive annual appraisal cycle, track KPIs for shop-floor and staff roles, document PIPs.
  • Labour Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Shops & Establishment Act. Maintain audit-ready records for inspections.
  • General HR Support: Onboarding, induction (including safety compliance), attendance tracking, overtime calculations, grievance handling, and exit formalities.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing (preferred)
  • Hands-on knowledge of factory labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong documentation and Excel skills
  • Comfortable working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees
