ENABL3 is a fast-growing consultancy at the forefront of digitizing pharmaceutical manufacturing through innovative shop-floor solutions. As we continue to scale and expand, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who will play a dual role in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role requires someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting core HR functions to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: requisition understanding, sourcing, screening, assessment processes, interviews, offer management, and onboarding
  • Plan and execute the annual campus hiring strategy and calendar aligned with business needs
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports for leadership connects along with focus to continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and turnaround time.
  • Manage employee documentation ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Ensure compliance by coordinating with external compliance partners and stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with company policy execution.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Manage employee benefits with empanelled vendors like employee medical insurance, hiring, training and event partners.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Support performance management processes (PMS cycles, reviews, etc.)

Qualifications, Background, and Expertise

  • Master's degree in human resources with strong academic background.
  • 5-6 years of experience with strong exposure to recruitment and campus hiring.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS excel and should have strong ability to integrate AI/analytics to HR activities, wherever possible.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing support to a globally diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
