We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented US HR/Lead to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our US operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.

Those who are willing to work in Night shifts only can apply - Cab facility is provided for female employees (Drop Facility) Time; 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Pay range and compensation package: Depends on experience 4-8 Years( 5LPA-9LPA)

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Exit entry formalities
• Scheduling calls
• Leave approvals/maintaining Data
• Attendance Management
• Create Employee Hand book
• Create Devfi Policies/Rules
• Laptops assigning/Keyboards/Mouse (Inventory Check)
• Email id creation
• Zoom installations
• Teams setup
• Track on Employee Disciplinary, Usage of Personal Phones, Active/Inactive on Floor
• Reviewing the MSA's and workorders.

Qualifications

Experience Level: 4 8 Years

Location: ONSITE- Madhapur, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time
