Role Overview

The HR Manager will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and prospective employees. The ideal candidate is confident, dynamic, and equipped with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle joining formalities, induction programs, and ensure smooth employee integration.
• Oversee daily HR operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and values.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely documentation.
• Drive the performance management process and support managers in evaluations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support admin activities, vendor coordination, and office management as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• A people-first attitude with a passion for culture-building and problem-solving.
