Role Overview
The HR Manager will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and prospective employees. The ideal candidate is confident, dynamic, and equipped with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle joining formalities, induction programs, and ensure smooth employee integration.
- Oversee daily HR operations, maintaining efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and values.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure timely documentation.
- Drive the performance management process and support managers in evaluations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support admin activities, vendor coordination, and office management as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and engagement programs.
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A people-first attitude with a passion for culture-building and problem-solving.
