Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly — from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.

You'll be the go-to person for all things people — ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with our creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.

3. Performance Management

• Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.
• Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize's culture.

5. Recruitment Support

• Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation.

6. Learning & Development

• Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
• Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an advertising agency
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
