We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Faculty member to join our education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in this dynamic field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver curriculum related to Human Resources Management and related fields.
- Engage students in practical learning experiences and real-world applications of HR concepts.
- Conduct research in Human Resources and contribute to academic publications.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic program development.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related educational roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process.
- Research skills and a record of scholarly publications are preferred.
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning.
