Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to lead human resource management for a high-impact development project. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of large-scale operations while ensuring strict adherence to international standards and national labor laws.

Role Description

Talent Acquisition & Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and manage professional contracts in strict alignment with World Bank or similar multilateral development bank guidelines.

Compliance & Payroll: Ensure 100% compliance with national labor laws, managing payroll systems and statutory requirements with precision.

Performance & Capacity Building: Design and implement robust performance management systems (PMS) and lead capacity-building initiatives for staff and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between government agencies, consultants, and implementing partners to streamline HR operations.

Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on HR analytics, organizational structure, and procurement-related HR procedures.

Educational Qualifications : Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Public Administration, or MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience, ideally within large-scale government, donor-funded, or development projects.

Technical Expertise : Proven track record in recruitment and contract management under World Bank or equivalent international guidelines.

Legal Knowledge : Strong familiarity with national labor laws and compliance frameworks.
