Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune.

HR executive will be responsible for;

1) Salary calculations

2) attendance of employess

3) calculate sales commissions

4) calculate employee performance and manage increments

5) manage employee relations

6) hire new employees as per requirements

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and workforce management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role; a degree in Human Resources ( MBA )Business Administration, or related field is preferred
