Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and induction programs.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance and generate related reports.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Organize training and development sessions.
- Assist with exit formalities and maintain records.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
