Job Description:
An opportunity is being offered for the role of HR Executive at Worth Car Care. The position is focused on managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process is to be managed (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Employee onboarding and documentation are to be handled efficiently
- Attendance, leave management, and HR records are to be maintained
- Employee engagement activities are to be planned and executed
- HR policies and procedures are to be implemented and followed
- Coordination with management for workforce planning and requirements
- Handling employee queries and ensuring a positive work environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools is an added advantage
