Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or tracking system
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist senior recruiters with day-to-day recruitment tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
- 02 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
- Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email)
