Job Title:HR Executive / Asst. HR Manager Plant HR Operations

Location:Sanghi Spinners, Hyderabad (On-site, Full-time)

Experience Required:Minimum 5 years in plant-level HR operations withinmanufacturing/ industrialenvironments.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and process-driven HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce management, statutory compliance, employee relations, health and safety management, and conflict resolution in an industrial setup.

** Must have:

1.Relevant experience in working in manufacturing units

2.Should work from Sanghi Spinners, Behind Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad **

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant HR Operations

l Oversee daily HR functions at the plant, including attendance, leave, and shift management.

l Ensure accurate payroll input,s including overtime, absenteeism, and variable pay components.

l Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files both physically and digitally.

l Drive effective HR policy implementation across all plant departments.

l Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation for new joiners.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

l Ensure full compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.

l Liaise with external consultants and authorities during inspections, audits, and compliance submissions.

l Maintain up-to-date compliance registers and documentation.

3. Employee Relations, Welfare & Conflict Resolution

l Act as the first point of contact for worker grievances, interpersonal conflicts, or disciplinary concerns.

l Mediate and resolve conflicts between workers, or between workers and supervisors, in a fair and timely manner.

l Ensure transparent documentation of all disputes, actions taken, and resolutions.

l Coordinate with line managers to uphold discipline and maintain a harmonious work environment.

l Promote worker welfare and organise employee engagement, safety, and health programs.

4. Health and Safety Management

l Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment, and emergency procedures.

l Monitor workplace hazards and coordinate regular safety drills and safety training programs.

l Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and in use, and that workers follow health and safety guidelines.

l Address any health-related concerns, injuries, or accidents on the floor, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up.

l Promote awareness of workplace ergonomics to reduce injuries related to repetitive motion or poor posture.

5. HR Reporting & MIS

l Prepare and share weekly/monthly HR dashboards and workforce reports.

l Monitor and report on headcount, attrition, compliance status, and workforce productivity metrics.

6. Recruitment Support (as needed)

l Assist in hiring for key blue-collar and junior-level plant roles.

l Coordinate with local agencies and job platforms for sourcing labour.

l Facilitate walk-in drives and initial screening processes.

Key Requirements:

  • A graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IR, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in plant HR operations within manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to handle worker grievances, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and health & safety concerns effectively.
  • Sound understanding of labour laws, HR processes, and industrial relations.
  • Hands-on experience with time & attendance systems, payroll coordination, and HRMIS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Ability to manage field-level operations and maintain a positive labour environment.
