Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Coordinate interviews with Team Managers/ Team Leads and ensure a structured and efficient recruitment process.
• Assess candidates based on communication skills, technical expertise, portfolios, certifications, and industry experience.
• Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, modern hiring strategies, and HR policy updates.
• Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
