This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, fostering a positive work environment, and handling employee grievances. The role will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
