Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who will support core HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, and administrative processes. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Execution)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative and marketing roles
- Post job openings on various platforms and screen candidate profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Handle employee data, attendance, and leave records
- Assist in payroll coordination and data management
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of information
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Assist in employee confirmations and basic HR processes
- Support exit formalities including documentation and clearance
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of employee documents
Vendor & Coordination Support
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Support day-to-day office and HR-related administrative tasks
General HR Support
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and ongoing tasks
- Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely coordination and closure of assigned hiring requirements
- Accuracy and organization of HR documentation and records
- Efficiency in handling day-to-day HR operations
- Responsiveness and coordination with internal teams and candidates
Who We're Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (agency background preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
