Human Resources Executive

Triple F Media is expanding fast in the creator & broadcasting industry, and we're looking for an HR Executive who's excited to build a strong, positive and growth-driven work culture with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Influencers, BAs, Developers, Creative roles)
• Coordinate interviews, screenings & candidate pipeline
• Handle onboarding, documentation & basic HR operations
• Support attendance, HR sheets & daily reporting
• Assist in bulk hiring and college drives
• Work closely with the HR Head to improve processes and culture

What We're Looking For

• Fresher or 01 year experience (Interns can apply too!)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Organised, energetic, and eager to learn
• Comfortable managing recruitment + HR operations
• Interest in the creator/broadcasting industry is a plus
