Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive. We aren't just looking for a recruiter; we are looking for a meta-recruiter. Your mission is to identify, engage, and hire high-performing HR professionals (HR Managers, Generalists, and Recruiters) who possess the unique grit and expertise required to thrive in the logistics and operations sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Niche Sourcing: Execute targeted sourcing strategies to find passive HR talent with specific experience in industries like transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Dual-Layer Screening: Assess candidates not only for their core HR competencies (employee relations, compliance, ATS management) but specifically for their understanding of operational environments (e.g., managing high-volume staffing, shift patterns, union environments, safety protocols).
- Pipeline Building: Curate and maintain a robust network of pre-qualified HR professionals specialized in the supply chain sector ready for rapid deployment.
- Market Intelligence: Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders regarding salary trends, talent scarcity, and competitor activity within the logistics HR market.
- Agile Execution: Manage full-cycle recruitment in a high-velocity, floating environment, utilizing modern tech stacks and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is non-negotiable.
- The Crucial Requirement: You must have a proven track record of recruiting roles within the logistics, supply chain, or heavy operations sectors. (Bonus points if you have specifically recruited HR talent for these sectors).
- Industry Fluency: You know the difference between last-mile delivery and long-haul logistics, and you understand the HR challenges inherent in both.
- Tech-Savvy: Deep expertise with modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing tools (X-ray searching, social media channels).
- Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong resilience (logistics is a tough industry), and the ability to work autonomously in a remote/floating setup.
