Job Description

As an HR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department's functions. You'll be instrumental in various HR activities, ensuring the agency attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs..
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and inquiries.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and resolutions.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in HR or related roles within a fast-paced environment, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team player with a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
