Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HRBP / HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, hands-on HR operations experience, and familiarity with tools like Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring and onboarding process
• Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback cycles
• Support payroll and generate HR-related reports
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance documentation
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organization culture
• Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR / related field
• 24 years of experience in HR operations (creative, media, or tech industry preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Zoho People preferred)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strictly No Freshers
