Sr. Exec/ Exec – Human Resources

About the role

We're looking for a Sr. Exec/ Exec – Human Resources who is eager and excited about being in a high paced environment and contributing to the growth of the organization. The role will involve talent acquisition, implementing integrated HR solutions/processes, and building the organizational culture. It also involves mentoring and developing the existing HR team and working directly with the management.

Responsibilities

• Perform end to end recruitment through screening, interviewing, getting assignments done, negotiating, and closures. This would involve sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, etc.) and building the internal HR database.
• Building, developing & mentoring the HR team.
• Leading initiatives to foster and nourish culture building.
• Bring in HR systems, solutions and processes to smoothen operations and also develop the organisational culture
• Create and facilitate learning & development programs for the employees.
• Regularly connect with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have, and be the integral POC for the team.
• Perform the tasks of an HR Generalist from time to time.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven work experience being a HR in the media industry.
• Comes with a great network of candidates.
• Experience in working with Linkedin recruiter.
• Can work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment.
• Can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business.
• Takes initiative & uses creativity to achieve solutions & results most effectively.
