Job Title: HR Executive

Position Overview:

As a HR Executive, you will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience and driving organizational success. This position combines HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, offering exposure to a wide range of HR functions. You will manage smooth onboarding and exit processes, support engagement initiatives, and maintain strong employee relations. In addition, you will contribute in building a talented workforce by assisting with recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle onboarding and exit formalities to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Oversee employee relations and address minor grievances professionally.
  • Support culture and engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Execute brand management initiatives for CSR & employer branding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 months of HR experience (internship or full-time).
  • Understanding of HR processes and recruitment fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) & first Saturday of the month
  • Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
