We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive who can drive end-to-end recruitment, identify top IT talent, and support our growing teams. If you are passionate about hiring, networking, and building strong talent pipelines, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination and documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirement

What You Bring to the Table:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as MERN Stack, React, Node.js, Java, Python, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals effectively.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required due to candidate.
