Human Resources Executive

Swapnasrushti Group, established in 1991, is a leader in turnkey interior fit-out solutions, real estate development, civil construction, and interior design. Based in Ahmedabad, the company has completed projects across India, ranging from 500 sq. ft. spaces to large-scale developments of 1.5 lakh sq. ft. Under the guidance of its founders and Executive Director Mr. Swapna Shah, the Group continues to expand its presence in multiple sectors, including integration of interior and exterior products. Currently, Swapnasrushti Group is in a strategic transition phase, aiming for operational integration and excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR management and operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves supporting recruitment, onboarding processes, and providing valuable input on organizational development to align with company goals.

• Proven expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Experience or a background in Human Resources (HR) functions
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
