This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves providing guidance on human resource matters to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
