Growvertix is a performance marketing agency helping D2C & e-commerce brands scale with data-driven strategies. With a growing team of media buyers, designers, and strategists, we are looking for an HR Executive who can build strong internal processes and create a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Write job postings and manage listings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
- Source and screen candidates through resumes, calls, and interviews.
- Coordinate with team heads for manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews, maintain a candidate pipeline, and ensure smooth hiring.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Draft HR documents: Offer letters, Appointment letters, Internship letters, Exit letters, Termination letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and contracts.
Employee Engagement & Office Culture
- Plan team activities, events, and motivational sessions.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
- Conduct feedback sessions and monthly check-ins.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and biometrics.
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Performance Management
- Support managers in setting KPIs for team members.
- Track performance reviews and appraisals.
- Highlight underperformance cases to management.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Maintain HR policies and update as required.
- Ensure labor law compliance (if applicable: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Handle disciplinary issues in alignment with company guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment portals, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.

Experience: 13 Years
Salary Range: 18,000 22,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
