Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate pre-payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Assist in vendor management and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Draft and circulate HR communications, policies, and updates across teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven HR experience.
Salary :
20k to 25k per month
