This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources - Executive based in Kamthi. The role involves overseeing HR management processes, implementing HR policies, managing HR operations, and addressing employee relations. The HR Executive will also drive initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and collaborate with management to address organizational needs.

• Proficiency in key HR functions including HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong knowledge and understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of labor laws and best HR practices is an added advantage
