The Human Resources Executive / Specialist will play a vital role in strengthening these functions and supporting the organization's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
Support and execute performance management, appraisals, and employee feedback processes.
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives, especially for women workforce empowerment. Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Act as a link between management and employees, supporting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of office and restaurant facilities.
Manage office supplies, assets, vendors, and service providers.
Coordinate internal meetings, training programs, events, and travel arrangements.
Maintain documentation, filing systems, and official correspondence.
Handle facility management, including restaurant maintenance and staff accommodation coordination.
Coordinate with accounts for expense tracking, reimbursements, and petty cash management.
Support logistics and operational coordination for field teams and project-related activities. Required
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRMS / payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality. Preferred Qualities
Fluency in local language(s) and English.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong ownership mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
