Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive. Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience with Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong background in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage
