Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Units to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously, including field and corporate roles.
- Support recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions as required.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Management or related field
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Corporate environments
- Exposure to large employee base (200+ employees)
- Experience handling both Field & Corporate hiring
