Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Units to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Handle multiple open positions simultaneously, including field and corporate roles.
  • Support recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions as required.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Management or related field

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Corporate environments
  • Exposure to large employee base (200+ employees)
  • Experience handling both Field & Corporate hiring
