Position: Human Resources Executive
Location: Coimbatore, Onsite
Experience : 2 + Years
Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- 1+ Years of experience in IT HR related field.
- 1+ Years of experience in Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and on-boarding of candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Assist in performance management activities, including performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related platforms.
- Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and optimize workflows and automation to streamline HR processes.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR systems administration or HRIS management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations in India.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
