Executive – HR

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

CTC Maximum upto 3 lacs pa

Experience: 2–4 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist role

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Strong practical experience in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting.

Handle payroll, attendance and leave management.

Recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.

PMS, KRA/KPI and appraisal activities.

Prepare manpower, recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee-related MIS.

Employee Engagement Activities.

Coordinate with site HR teams and multiple locations for HR data and compliance requirements.

Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs and management instructions.

Strong communication, coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.

High level of accuracy, confidentiality and ownership.
