Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding process

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing
  • Handle employee confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and discipline

Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and SOPs
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
  • Maintain HR files, reports, and MIS

Performance & Reporting

  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Prepare HR reports and trackers as required

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
