Role: HR Executive

100% Onsite - Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM)

Location: Madhapur, Durgam Cherevu Road, Hyderabad

(Looking to expand & hire more people in US & Domestic Recruitment Process)

Should be comfortable travelling to office everyday on own vehicle/Rapido/Uber or shift to near walkable distance PGs/Hostel/Flatmates on own.

We are seeking immediate joiners who can start ASAP!

Duties

Sourcing candidates from Naukri, Linkedin, Shine.

Scheduling & conducting interview, finalizing candidate for job roles.

Employee performance evaluation reports.

Maintaining daily & monthly attendance sheet.

Qualifications

2-4 year's experience in hiring candidates via Job portals, Social media, Networking.

Should have strong experience working with Outlook, MS Office like word and excel.

Experience working on Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine

Experience hiring for Domestic and US process.
