Job Description

Reso is a leading research firm in the Middle East, providing bespoke and on-demand research for its clients spanning various domains. With our headquarters in Bahrain, we have expanded our presence and team size at our office in Gurugram, India.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveHRExecutive to supportpeopleoperationsfor our India team. This role is ideal forsomeonewho enjoys working withpeople,data, processes, and cross-functional teams, and wants to builda strong foundationinHROperations, Talent Management and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent and Engagement

  • Assistin onboarding experience design and smooth assimilation of new hires
  • Support talent initiatives such as reviews,feedback, HiPo programsand internal moves
  • Assistin rolling out engagement surveysandcoordinate employee engagement activities
  • Support change managementcommunicationsand adoption tracking

HR Operations

  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activitiesfromonboardingtoexits
  • Maintainaccurateemployee records, HR MIS, and personnel files
  • Support performance review cycles, and HR communications
  • Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and payroll
  • Assistin implementing HR policies, processes, and internal controls

Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Prepare andvalidatepayroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, variable pay)
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/finance team to ensuretimelyandaccuratepayroll
  • Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Managesalary revisions, and statutory filings
  • Assistin processing invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments

Reporting & Process Support

  • Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards
  • Support audits by collating required data and documents
  • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBAHR
  • 02 years of experience in HR operationsandpayroll
  • Knowledgeof HR processes, payroll concepts, and statutory compliance is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good communicationand coordination skills
  • Organized, dependable, and execution-oriented
