Job Description

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for leading the strategic planning and effective execution of all human resource functions within the organization. The role focuses on talent acquisition, workforce retention, employee engagement, and overall staff well-being, particularly within a dynamic and high-pressure healthcare environment. Additionally, the position ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards, oversees employee relations, and promotes a collaborative and inclusive work culture across both medical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle HR Management: Oversee end-to-end HR functions within the healthcare environment, ensuring the efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and separation processes for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Strategic Advisory & Employee Relations: Serve as a key advisor to hospital leadership and departmental heads on HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning. Effectively manage employee relations matters, resolve escalated grievances, and foster a fair, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • HR Systems & Data Governance: Monitor and govern HR systems, maintaining ultimate oversight of workforce data accuracy and resolving structural discrepancies.
  • Workforce Analytics & Process Improvement: Evaluate workforce trends, including employee retention, staffing efficiency, shift management, and staff engagement metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational performance and employee experience.
  • People Operations Leadership: Lead strategic HR initiatives such as policy development, organizational restructuring, training and development programs, and structural improvements that support the cancer care team.
  • Healthcare Compliance & Specialized Operations: Ensure compliance with hospital staffing regulations, labor laws, statutory requirements, and healthcare-specific operational standards, including adherence to EPF, ESIC, attendance, and shift scheduling protocols.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a healthcare or oncology setting.
  • Compliance: Good understanding of HR processes, labour compliance, and documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. (Proficiency in Urdu Language is a plus)

  • Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
