Job Description – HR Recruiter
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring activities efficiently.
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Lucknow
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities
- Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring strategies
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
